- After buying your seeds make sure to keep them in a cool place. Never in temperature above 74 degrees.
- When your ready to seed them, place them in a small glass filled one quarter full of water. It is recommended to use bottle water for this use.
- It help with this process if you can add 2 to 3 drop of Hydrogen peroxide to the water, but this step is optional.
- Place the glass in a warm dark location of about 75 degrees or slightly above to sprout.
- After 48 hours check the glass to see if a very small white tail has spouted from the seed. If no tail is seen check again the next day. (Not all seed will sprout) one extra seed has been added. Also you can remove the seed that failed to sprout, and let them dry. Sand down the seed lightly with a fine sandpaper or a nail file lightly sanding, and then repeat the process again.
- After you see the white tail , use twisters to remove the seeds, and place them on a paper towel. Fold the paper towel to cover the seeds. Use bottle water to dampen the paper towel for next couple of days. Make sure they stay in a dark warm place. There has been times in the winter months when I used a heating pad on low during this process.
- After that tail is a half inch or more long. It is now time to plant. (Outside growers) June 1st (Inside Growers) Year round
- Now remember I am an organic grower. I make my own soil, you can use a good commercial brand. Just remember what you put on the plant is what you put in your body. That being said remember to use a medium soil ,and temp always above 75. Your dehumidifier set around 45. Place the tail down just below the surface of the soil, and not to deep. This process should be in a plastic or foam cup. The next to 2 weeks do not over water them. You want that root to go deep as if looking water. If you over water the seedling the leaves will turn yellow. Remember, it’s almost like starving them for water. As your plant is growing replant into a larger container. I personally replant after 3 weeks old. Use your Owen judgement.
- In about six weeks you should be able to determine male and female. Discard the male, and continue growing the female.
- I personally do 17 hours a day in vegetation for 60 days. After the 60 days put them in total darkness making sure there is no light in this process. They stay in the dark for 48 hours at 75 degrees. After the 48 hours of totally darkness, I set my timers for 12 hours on and 12 hours off. I will do this process for another 60 days.
- After that the are mature and it’s time to harvest and dry😎 There are so many ways to dry. I choose to take the plant apart to hang them, and dry for 30 days in a cool place around 65 degrees and dehumidify at 50.
- I hope all goes well with your grow and have fun with it, because I know I have🤗
